FTS1230 Firewood Trommel Screen

The FTS1230 firewood screen is designed as an additional equipment in the firewood processing system. The firewood screen has a processing capacity of up to 60 cubic meters per hour and can effectively clean the firewood. Through screening, wood chips and other debris in the firewood can be effectively removed, making the firewood cleaner and easier to sell.
The FTS1230 has a reasonable design and high strength. It can avoid damage to the equipment during feeding and loading, and has a long service life.

Conveyor Hopper

The feed hopper uses a chain conveyor to feed the material evenly. The chain conveyor has high strength, which can prevent firewood from damaging the conveyor and use the conveyor to load the material to avoid hopper blockage.

High Roller Strength

The roller is welded with high-strength angle irons, which has high strength, and the angle iron spacing can be produced according to requirements.

Wide Range Of Feeding Methods

The equipment is compact and can be loaded with loaders, excavators and grab buckets. When the processing capacity can reach 60 cubic meters per hour, the loading height is less than 2400 mm.

Various Power Options

Electric motor power and gasoline generator power can be selected. The mobile design with traction device and generator power can get rid of the limitation of the site
